Piano learning is Fun and piano learning is actually lead you towards a healthy lifestyle.  The exposure in piano music make yourself to overcome the anxienty, fierce and stress.

Generally, a healthy lifestyle is defined by how physically healthy you are? For example, you are consider not healthy, if you are sick or have a cold . You are consider to be not healthy, if you are dealth a life altering disease such as cancer or aids. But does that mean that it is entirely physical?  No Way! Your well being is also made up by your mental health.  Ponder this, the kind of music you listen to generally affects your personality type. Look at this great example: I listened to Hard Rock as a teenager (most teens do) and was extremely wild, mischievous, energetic, and lots of fun! Now that I have matured in age, I listen to softer music and I am more relaxed, laid back, careless, and less energetic.



We shall focus on music and setting the mood. lets, going back to the metal music, how does it make you feel when you hear it? Metal music gets my adrenaline rushing as per my experience that , my foot pounding, my pulse pulsing. It kicks me into overdrive! Now, how do you feel when you listen to light music? Let me take you to the opposite side of the spectrum and use classical music as an example. If you are listening to a song written by Beethoven, what is your mood? I usually feel very upper scale, smart, makes me feel like learning, opening a book, become a better person. It is a totally different mood it puts me in. How does it make you feel?  What does it make you feel like this?

So how does this make you live healthier? The right kind of music will help in creating a positive and happy outlook on life and help your mood and attitude improve. It is a proven fact that a happier person lives longer and is in better health than someone who is always concerned about something, miserable, and discontent.  Nowadays, there are a lot of diseases exposure to our environment. The disease stems in our body ad the human body was not designed to handle stress, ancienty and worried all the time. . Think of the word, “dis” “ease”. That means there is not ease in the human body, stress can be the cause. Music could be the fix.

Music can be enjoyed by all, piano learning can be fun and enjoyable. How great do you feel when you hear your favorite song come on the iPod or radio? How does it make you feel when you hear a song you do not like? Completely opposite right?

Let us talk about movies. What about scary movies, what kind of soundtrack do they have? Some play really scary high pitched, quick paced creepy music, others have gotten smart and play NOTHING musically. This is genius because mentally, without music your mind wonders and it allows them to put more suspense behind the movie. Do you remember the Blair Witch Project? It was a low budget flick, and done with little to no music. Somehow it still had the capability of being one of the most popular and watched horror movies of its time.

How about those feel good movies? Have you ever seen Disney’s Enchanted? It is a musical all in its own that has light, fluffy, jump in the street, hug your neighbor, charming music. It should make me feel extremely caring and uncharacteristically in the mood to kiss a chipmunk. The producers knew what they were doing with this. As with most Disney movies the music is key. It puts the movie watches in the mood and gives them something to look forward to.

How about action movies, what type of music do they focus on? Would you say techno, heavy, fast paced rock soundtrack? Think about one of the best action movies ever – The Matrix. The theme song is a fast paced bass guitar riff. It puts me in the mind frame to conquer the world! Not the most positive mood, but still, makes me content for the time being.

So, how do you tie this all in to living longer and healthier? Find out what makes you happy and concentrate your efforts on that sort of music. Do not attempt to trick yourself; you know what it is that makes you feel good. Enjoy this knowledge that you now posess on living just a little bit healthier with music and share this with your family.
